Vaporesso has infused a little edge and a lot of versatility into their newest vape kit, the aptly named Transformer. Pairing a powerful 220-watt device with the NRG Tank, Vaporesso introduce a replaceable outer casing that is available in a variety of colors and can be easily swapped out as the urge arises. Prominent edges and sharp lines continue the “Transformer’s” theme with the large hexagonal firing button further reinforcing this.
The unit is fitted with the updated OMNI 2.6 chipset, which supports simple operating functionality and offers a selection of operating modes. Vaporesso has introduced “virtual keys” to the display and included a locking button for additional user safety. Users will also benefit from the fastest USB charging available – with the mod offering support for 2.5 A quick charging.
Classy leather panels and a bright 0.96-inch OLED screen round off the overall aesthetics, with a large 510 connector ensuring that bigger tanks do not result in unwanted overhang. Plus, for users who enjoy being a little more playful, Vaporesso has released an optional “light up” model that has additional lighting effects that add a fun touch to the otherwise high-tech model.
The transformer box mod comes with the cloud chasing NRG tank; available in either a 2 mL or 5 mL variety. This simple sub-ohm tank comes pre-fitted with a GT core coil head rated for use at higher powers, but works with CCELL ceramic coils for those who prefer more intense flavor outputs.
A modern and masculine design, the Transformer looks ready to chuck some pretty massive clouds and with specs like these, it’s likely to do a great job!
